Had to go in for head unit recall on my Outback. Joe made the process as accommodating as possible. Very professional, which I was concerned about after my visit to the Subaru dealer in Fort Myers (horrible). 45 minutes from my house and the drive is worth it. Subaru of Naples has made me a loyal fan again.

A fast and easy car buying pleasure! Josselyne, my sales consultant, helped me through the process answering my many questions with speed, honesty and accuracy! My trade in value was on the money and respectful to my care of that car. My thanks to management and financing, making it stress free to purchase such an investment! Jack Devoe spent extra time teaching me about the many perks of buying my Outback! I added a tow hook and the service department made it look amazing, in hours! Definitely will buy a vehicle from them again!!

First time Subaru owner, and Anthony was the biggest help! We were all so impressed by him. He is very genuine, honest, and personable. I went to another dealership after to compare, as I was in between 2 different cars, and I found myself sitting at this other dealership feeling disappointed and knew Subaru was the better option. I’m so excited for my Outback!

From start to finish, our car-buying experience with Devoe Subaru of Naples was exceptional! Our Sales Consultant, Anthony Cruz, was polite, knowledgeable and did not pressure us as we investigated our options. We ended up with a vehicle perfectly matched to our needs and with style! Additionally, there was a situation involving the title on our trade-in vehicle, and Anthony went above and beyond to assist us in getting the corrections made with the DMV in Tallahassee! Without him, would could have been victims of fraud without recourse! Further, after the initial orientation of our car at purchase and we had had a few weeks to experience driving the Outback, Devoe Subaru offers a "Love-Encore" visit (with Jack Devoe) to return and receive personalized instructions on navigating through everything from our car's basic functions to its myriad of advanced system's "bells and whistles"! We highly recommend Subaru of Naples and certainly our outstanding Sales Consultant, Anthony Cruz!
