Kostien Jano has been in the automotive industry for 8 years! He's been with Subaru for 2 years. His favorite Subaru Heart Pillar is empathy because he’s compassionate & considerate. Kostien was born in Albania (bilingual) but has lived in Naples, FL since 2004. He enjoys interacting with new people & closing deals! Aside from work, he spends his time with his wife of 15 years & his three-year-old son! Kostien’s favorite hobbies are sports (NY Knicks) and gaming!

Josselyne Martinez joined the Subaru of Naples family in 2023! Her favorite Subaru HEART pillar is honesty because it’s the cornerstone of every successful endeavor. Her favorite Subaru Model is the Outback Wilderness because its sporty exterior combined with the luxurious interior makes it an incredible vehicle. Josselyne enjoys building relationships with her customers. She is also multilingual, fluent in Spanish & English, with a touch of Italian. Beyond her automotive background, she’s a dog mom of four, a certified pastry chef & she’s originally from New Jersey. Josselyne enjoys Florida’s beaches and year-round weather.

Karen Kim joined the automotive industry in 2019 and became part of the Subaru of Naples team in 2026. Originally from Seoul, Korea, Karen spent much of her life on the West Coast before making Naples home. Fluent in both Korean and English, she enjoys helping customers find the perfect vehicle and guiding them through every step of the car-buying process. Her favorite Subaru model is the Outback Wilderness, thanks to its rugged capability and ability to keep up with outdoor adventures. Karen's favorite Subaru HEART pillar is Respect, as she believes everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and importance. Outside of work, she loves fishing, golfing, hiking, camping, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, four dogs, two cats, and a tenrec. She is also passionate about supporting veterans through organizations like Wounded Warriors, a cause that is especially meaningful to her as the spouse of an Army veteran.

Jack DeVoe, with a start in the auto industry in 2020 and joining Subaru of Naples in 2023. Jack’s favorite HEART pillar is empathy as it’s a pivotal connection tool. His favorite Subaru model is the Outback Wilderness for its dynamic drive and captivating Gyser Blue appearance. Originating from Naples but having spent formative years in Vermont. Back in Vermont, his parents care for a lively bunch of furry companions including two sparky puppies, a mini-Bernadoodle named Muncie, and an Aussie-doodle named Millie. Outside of work, Jack enjoys diving into books, playing video games, hitting the golf course, and exploring the waters through kayaking. He's a regular at local events hosted at Celebration Park. As for his signature "dad joke," Jack never fails to deliver: "I used to hate facial hair, but then it grew on me."

Meet Johnny Ortiz, a dedicated member of the DeVoe team since 2022. Originally from the sunshine state of Tampa, Florida, Johnny now calls Naples home. Passionate about Subaru's values, Johnny resonates most with the pillar of trust. He believes in earning customers' trust by consistently putting their best interests first, both for them and their reliable vehicles that carry them from point A to B. Johnny finds fulfillment in building connections with people, a sentiment he cherishes in his role. Witnessing satisfied customers leaving with smiles after their vehicles are expertly cared for brings him immense joy. Johnny's roots trace back to Mexico, but his parents are now proud U.S. residents. DeVoe has become a family affair, as Johnny works alongside his two brothers. You might spot them around, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere at DeVoe. Beyond the automotive world, Johnny is a pet enthusiast with five dogs, including the delightful Lola, a three-year-old golden doodle. Lola occasionally joins Johnny at Subaru, adding an extra layer of warmth for customers. In his leisure time, Johnny enjoys sports like soccer and volleyball with friends, taking walks with his canine companions, and occasionally showcasing his moves on the dance floor. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Johnny ensures seamless communication with a diverse range of customers.

Alyssa Patterson, an automotive enthusiast, embarked on her journey in the industry in 2013 and has since dedicated six years to DeVoe Subaru. Originally from Naples, Florida, she holds a special affinity for the Sunshine State's automotive scene. Alyssa's heart belongs to the Legacy XT, her favorite Subaru model. In her world outside of cars, she shares her home with Molly, her beloved canine companion. Beyond the realm of engines and horsepower, Alyssa finds joy in the simpler pleasures—indulging in shopping sprees, pampering herself with nail sessions, and attending buggy swap races. Living in the enchanting southwest of Florida, Alyssa cherishes the proximity to the beach, a constant source of inspiration and relaxation in her life.

Austin Fowler joined Subaru of Naples in 2025 and has been helping customers in the automotive industry since 2011. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and now living in Fort Myers, Austin is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building relationships through empathy, his favorite Subaru HEART pillar. His favorite Subaru is the Forester Wilderness for its capability and spaciousness. Outside of work, Austin enjoys fishing, college football, Florida Everblades games, and spending time at the beach with his wife and three children.

Larry Carsi is a true Subaru aficionado as he’s been a part of the Subaru of Naples family since 2010. Larry’s deep appreciation for the DeVoe family, fellow employees, and his customers are the reason he loves coming to work! His favorite Subaru model is the WRX because they move as fast as he talks. Larry is originally from New York but currently lives in Estero, FL. Apart from working at Subaru, Larry enjoys watching the Baltimore Orioles and broadcasting hockey games!
