I was looking forward to acquiring a 2026 Subaru Uncharted GT. I was dreading the car buying experience. So much so in fact I considered hiring one of those services that handles the process for you....for a $1,000 fee. As I was searching for the car configured exactly as I wanted, I found one at Subaru of Naples, three hours away from where I live. I decided to reach out figuring if it didn't go the way I wanted, I could always go back to hiring a service. Josselyn was the salesperson who responded. She responded to all of my inquiries in a timely fashion, even on her day off, and we settled on a fair price, much better than I could get locally. When she forwarded the financial statement I was waiting for the usual dealer add-ons...paint protection, wheel protection, etc. None, not one thing. The price we discussed was my price. I rented a car to drive down and Josselyn was nice enough to arrange for transportation from the rental car return place to the dealership. My car was ready..fully charged, clean and with my SiriusXM trial subscription activated for my return trip. Everything also went smoothly through the financial part, Subaru of Naples was offering a better financing promotion than Subaru itself. The experience I was dreading turned out to be a most pleasant one. Subaru of Naples in general and Josselyn in particular should be commended for the way they do business.
