I just picked up my 3rd Subaru- and the 2nd Subaru from Devoe Subaru of Naples. My lease was up, I had to decide what car I wanted next. When deciding, after looking around, I knew I would return to a Subaru. The staff at this location are sensational! My new car had to be ordered and I was told it would arrive mid Feb. It actually came in early and I picked it up in Jan. Sales, and Service are wonderful. I feel safe in a Subaru and I love how it handles. The color is absolutely beautiful and I am thrilled with the car-a 2023 Crosstrek Sport. Handles wonderfully!

I've leased 8 autos from the Devoe group since 1997, 2 most recently from Devoe Subaru of Naples. All of my experiences have been excellent. My most recent new Subaru lease was exceptional. My salesperson, Jose Castillo was outstanding. Jose reached out to me since my previous lease had a few months left and as we were approaching the end of the year he alerted me of some year- end deals available. Within a day he found a new Outback for me with all my requirements and I picked it up the next afternoon. Devoe bought out my previous lease and with lease loyalty all lease start up charges were eliminated and my payment was very close to my previous 3 year lease. There were even some extra options on the new Outback as well as 2025 model upgrades. Jose made the pick up process very easy and pleasant and answered all my questions. I was impressed by the Devoe encore program for return customers customers with lease loyalty programs and perks and assistance with learning the new car features handled by Jack Devoe. Don Engel created the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have been buying cars for over 30 years and I have never had such a great experience with buying a car from a dealership. We live in Tampa and the car was in Naples but Don contacted us and gave us easy to access to the information that we requested and even gave us an early quote before we arrived. Arrivng at the dealership later in the afternoon, the test drive and purchasing process took well after closing hours but Don stayed with us working alongside with his team members. Really the process didn't seem to take that long and was pleasant. They have done a great job in making the Subaru dealership very comfortable. He knew we had a long drive home and even gave us a CD to play that would help keep us awake. I recommend Don Engel and Devoe Subaru of Naples to anyone considering a new or used car purchase.
