I just purchased a new Forester hybrid And the experience was the same as my earlier post from 2 years ago. Remarkable dealership! 2024 review: I just purchased a 2024 Outback Limited from this dealership. Joey Springett was my salesman. While I knew exactly what I was buying I was wrapped in bubble wrap to prepare myself for the ordeal. Well there was no ordeal and I wasted time wrapping myself for the task. I'm in my early 70s and had my share of dealership. I've bought new, used, certified used, traded and dealt with F&I. I know the drill. I was armed for the battle and carried all that weight for NOTHING. Joey was laid back, answered questions, LISTENED, provided straight forward answers and let me make my decision. When I look for ANOTHER Subaru I hope he's in the business and may I be blessed to have the same pleasant (handsome) F&I guy. I'd recommend the dealership, Joey As Springett, and the brand.

(5 stars) Exceptional, Transparent Experience! Mike and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Josselyne and the team at DeVoe Subaru. Mike actually handled the initial deal entirely over text in about a half hour. Josselyne was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and refreshing—there were absolutely none of the typical back-and-forth games. She provided all the details upfront, we made our offer, and she secured the approval seamlessly. Because of that level of transparency, we drove over 100 miles to the dealership, and it was worth every mile. The exact deal we agreed to via text was the exact deal we got on paper—down to the penny! In person, Josselyne was just as pleasant and professional. Our time was deeply respected, and the entire process was efficient. To top it off, we received the "Love Encore" delivery tour of our new 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness, which was incredibly helpful for learning all the high-tech bells and whistles. I purchased my 2026 Subaru hybrid Forester in mid August and it was a smooth seamless experience. Travis was nice and patient with us and everyone was cordial and helpful. When I was in the market for a newer car Subaru was in my top options to explore and I don’t regret my choice. I hope the maintenance package that I also purchased works to my benefit but so far I love my new car. I even forgot an item in my old car and they were kind enough to mail it to me since I don’t live in Naples. Subaru sets a standard and it’s a pleasure to see people strive to live to that standard. You can’t go wrong with a Subaru.
