I dealt, mostly by text, with a sales rep named Travis Frederick. He listened to what I was interested, answered my questions, made suggestions and worked with me to achieve my goals. Upon signing the agreement, I was given a thorough explanation of all the features, including the safety, entertainment and navigation menus by Jack DeVoe, who was a bounty of information. The financial end was handled by Francesca in a professional manner and I was seen off by Tyler, who assured me that they would handle any problems. This was the smoothest transition l have ever experienced when dealing with new car dealers.

I purchased my 2026 Subaru hybrid Forester in mid August and it was a smooth seamless experience. Travis was nice and patient with us and everyone was cordial and helpful. When I was in the market for a newer car Subaru was in my top options to explore and I don’t regret my choice. I hope the maintenance package that I also purchased works to my benefit but so far I love my new car. I even forgot an item in my old car and they were kind enough to mail it to me since I don’t live in Naples. Subaru sets a standard and it’s a pleasure to see people strive to live to that standard. You can’t go wrong with a Subaru.
